The castle is Warkworth Castle in Northumberland, viewed from Amble, beside the River Coquet. It stands proud above the village of Warkworth and although parts are in ruin it is still a beautiful sight to behold and is visited by many thousands throughout the year.
It is a very green area with a lot of beautiful trees and grassy areas to enjoy along by the rivers edge and many of the houses are hidden by trees and foliage.
I am so lucky to live nearby and enjoy this beautiful area.
