A man walks his dog by the waters edge, enjoying the reflections in the water from the surrounding hotels and their lights, under an atmospheric winter sky. A couple look over the bridge, loosening some snow, and watching it as it falls into the cold water below. The night is falling quickly, cold and bleak, but still, everything looks so beautiful and tranquil in this very busy city.
